Pyraflex rubber impact plate

The Pyraflex 45 pyramid plate is a profiled full rubber plate that is used at impact points between two conveyor belts, at the dumping point in a sieve or at other places that are subject to wear.

 

The effect is a reduction in the speed of the material flow before it reaches the next belt, which reduces belt wear. The sound is also muted.
