Belt scrapers

 

Our primary scrapers are the first requirement for belt cleaning and to prevent spillage under your conveyor belts. The primary scraper consists of 2 electrolytically galvanized spring tensioners, a heavy main shaft and a polyurethane scraper blade. The 150 mm high scraper blade is made of extremely wear-resistant Githan G98 polyurethane (also oil and microbe resistant). Can be used in many industries, e.g. concrete, asphalt, minerals, coal, compost, waste, combustion slag.

Advantages: – very compact dimensions so that it can be used in many places; – to place spring tensioners in various ways; – quickly replaceable scraper blade; – due to the constant spring pressure little re-tensioning and even wear of the blade; – always on stock!!
